Epsom Salts

Epsom salt, also known as magnesium sulfate, is a key element in detoxifying your body. Mix with essential oil to aid in even more healing properties!

It is encouraged to use 1-2 cups in a detox bath.

Properties of Epsom salt include:

  • Flushes toxins and heavy metals from cells, easing muscle pain and helping the body to eliminate harmful substances

  • Exfoliates dead skin, face cleanser, dislodges blackheads, removes foot odor

    I also just used epsom salts for my eczema. It definitely helped! But then I took a shower and it came back, oops. Our crazy cold weather is killing me!
